Shipping

We generally ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order.  Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.  Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day.  If an item is out of stock you will be notifed via telephone or email.  All orders are shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the contiguous USA.  Free shipping applies to all orders of $75 or more.  Because of the high shipping charges on heavy products (any single item weighing 10 pounds and more) you may be charged additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any overweight charges before shipping.  UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground  guarantees delivery within 3 – 5 days of when the order was shipped.  Please note transit days do not include the weekends.  Additional shipping will be charged for overnight and 2^nd day delivery requests.  The extra charges for overnight or 2-day air shipping can vary greatly depending on the size and weight of your package. 

We can ship outside of the continental U.S., however additional shipping fees and customs fees may apply.  Once you place your order you will be contacted via telephone or email with the actual charges before shipping.

Return Policy

You may cancel your order 24 hours after your order has been placed.  Should you need to return product, please call customer service at 800-590-2575.  Only unopened complete boxes of product may be returned within 30 days and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Damaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full credit.

Refusal of a Delivered Order

If you refuse the shipment and the parcel is unopened and returned by the original shipper, a refund will be issued less the actual shipping and handling fees, less the return shipping fees, less a 25% restocking fee and less any damage or breakage to any of the products.  In the event of a reduced handling and shipping offer the normal shipping and handling fees that would have been applied will be charged back to you.
